Nicole Eitzen Delgado

Nicole Eitzen Delgado is a Ph.D. candidate in English at New York University where she studies modern American and Mexican literatures, Latinx studies, and women and gender studies (US women of color feminism in particular). While at Dartmouth, Eitzen Delgado assistant taught for introductory courses in the Comparative Literature and Latino/a Studies departments and wrote her Master’s essay on Chicana feminist becoming in the digital age. Her current research project turns to captivity narratives of the long nineteenth century to investigate the making of early Mexican and Mexican American subjects through and against liberalism.
