Dedication

The Program in Comparative Literature dedicates these MA essay presentations to our dear colleague Monika Otter, who passed away on May 5, 2023. Monika was a respected researcher in medieval and renaissance studies as well as an inspiring teacher and mentor. She was instrumental in establishing the Comparative Literature MA program and contributed to it often over the years. Those closest to her will also remember her as a talented singer and lover of music. She will be sorely missed.
