What does poetry bring to business? Though the subjects of capital structures might not seem especially compatible with poetry, the Napkin Poetry Review presents poetry as a problem-solving tool based on scientific and interdisciplinary research. By offering insights on how entrepreneurs, physicians, and innovators such as Dana Gioia, Rafael de Campo, and Steve Jobs have incorporated poetry into their daily lives, we hope to highlight poetry's capacity to improve communication, cognitive functioning, emotional regulation, and conceptual thinking. In this panel, we will also share exercises to help you apply poetic tools to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
